A second suspect was arrested in connection to a January 22 shooting on Edge Street that killed a man and teenage boy, according to the Elizabeth City Police Department.
The shooting left two teens dead on Edge Street in Elizabeth City in January.
The 21- and 20-year-olds were rushed to the hospital. One was released; one is still receiving treatment.
Another arrest was made in connection with a double homicide that took place back in January, Elizabeth City police said on Thursday.
