I’ll be honest. When I heard we were getting another Minions movie, my first reaction wasn’t excitement. It was, “Really? Another one?” After seven films in the Despicable Me universe, it’s fair to wonder whether these little yellow troublemakers still have anything new to offer.

The Minions, we learn in their latest adventure, were originally a seafaring folk who traveled the oceans in rowboats looking for the most evil and despicable master they could possibly find.
