Park officials are battling a remote 86-acre wildfire near Mount Olympus, sparked by lightning.
A lightning-caused wildfire is burning on a remote mountain slope on the west side of Olympic National Park.
The fire, on a steep slope in a mountainous area west-northwest of Mount Olympus, was reported to be uncontained as of late Thursday afternoon.
