One of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do… was close my gym “baby.” This wasn’t just a place to lift weights. I remember the very first day laying down turf, painting the walls, and thinking… “this place will be full of love, energy, joy, and peace.” And I kept that vow. Every inch of that space has memories — loud music, early mornings, tears, laughs, breakthroughs, and so much transformation.
