For Valentine’s Day try making Strawberry Sago with Coconut Jelly instead of Chocolate Covered Strawberries. In a small saucepan simmer 1 cup of sago (tapioca pearls) for 10 minutes, turn off heat and cover with a lid for 15 minutes, rinse and drain under cold water. In a large bowl add the sago, 16oz’s of cut strawberries, 1 jar of coconut jelly, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of coconut milk and 1/2 a can of condensed milk (more if you want it more sweet). Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. #strawber

Strawberry Sago with Nata de Coco Jelly Ingredients: 3 cups strawberries 3/4 cup sago (tapioca pearls)1 jar of Nata de Coco (coconut jellies), 2 cups of half and half (this is half milk, half cream mixture), 1/2 cup condensed milk. Steps: Cut the strawberry into cubes. In a bowl, add strawberries and 1/2 cup of Nata de Coco syrup. Set aside.
