The problem is that FIFA routinely uses lies in its communications – from the attendance figures for the first round to inflated promises of economic benefits and a whole host of other things (claiming to combat child abuse whilst allowing a coach officially suspended by FIFA in the DRC to continue working with teenagers without any repercussions; when you lie about child abuse, you can lie about anything)It is therefore difficult to take their word alone as a guarantee – especially given the fo
