Perad (Guava Cheese) Recipe 👍🏽 🩷 INGREDIENTS - Guava (sweet & pink inside): 1.5kg - Sugar : 650gms - Ghee : 2 tbsp 💛METHOD Step 1: Wash and cut guavas into quarters. Add them to a pot with 1 cup of water. Boil until soft. Step 2: De-seed the boiled guava. Keep the seeds aside. Now blend the guava into very fine paste. strain through a fine sieve and add it into a bowl. Blend seeds, pulp separately and strain that too and mix it with the previous paste. Step 3: now cook the paste for 10 minut
